Quaife – K-Series AWD Transfer Case

Description

With the dramatic rise in popularity of AWD Honda K-Series conversions combined with the monumental figures that are now commonplace for K-Series motors, it is absolutely essential to ensure every element of the drivetrain is up to the task.

We can provide four levels of Transfer Case build to cater to all levels of performance:

Level 1: Inspect & Refurbish Donor Transfer – This includes vapour blasting both sections of the casing and output flange along with replacing all bearings, seals, o-rings, crush tube and shaft nuts using genuine parts.

Level 2: As above plus Quaife Spur Gear Set & Shaft.

Level 3: All of the above plus the addition of a Drag Cartel Billet Housing.

Level 4: The Ultimate Transfer Case, includes everything listed above, plus a PPG Hypoid Gear Set.
